You can set up any number of computers to be available for CellarManager. However, the two important computers are the one you are currently on and the one where the data resides.
When you start CellarManager and it cannot find the computer you want to access, it will use the data on your own computer.
Go through the process below for each of the computers that you want run CellarManager on.

Using MS Windows and its networking functions, you must set up the C disk on each machine to be Share-able
and give it a network drive letter.

Add a new computer to the list of networked PCs.

Give it an ID. This ID defines the order that the computers
will appear in the drop-down box on the configuration screen.

Give it a name. This should be something meaningful. It could be the name of the person that normally uses that
machine.

Type in the path to the Stocks folder on that computer. This will be a combination of the network drive letter
you has assigned together with the \cellar folder.

Select which computer on the network you want to use for your data by ticking the appropriate box.
