Requisitions

The cellar typically distributes stock to each of the bars and a record of these distributions is kept as and when they happen.
Also, one bar can move stock to another bar or back to the cellar. Or stock could be transferred off site.

The requisitions screen deals with all of these types of stock movement.

First, some general information about the requisition note must be entered and then the details about each of the products.

  • Type in the Requisition Note Number.
Each requisition note will be given a unique reference number (it actually cycles around 1-1000).

A check will be made to see if the requisition note number has already been used in this audit. If it has, you will be given a warning.

  • Type in the Date.
This will be the date shown on the requisition docket.

  • Select the source of the requisition .
This can be the cellar, a bar or 'Off-Site'. By default, the source will be set to the cellar and the destination will be the first bar.
You can click on the down-arrow and select from the list, or you can type in the first letter of the name of the bar and it will be displayed.

  • Select the destination for the requisition .

As with the source, the destination can be cellar, a bar or 'Off-Site'. You can click on the down-arrow and select from the list, or you can type in the first letter of the name of the bar and it will be displayed.
