The cellar typically distributes stock to each of the bars and a
record of these distributions is kept as and when they happen. Also, one bar can move stock to another bar or back to the cellar. Or stock could be transferred off site. The requisitions screen deals with all of these types of stock movement.

If you have a wine list and are using bin numbers, you can type in the bin number instead of the product code. Also, you can do a search on bin numbers with the comma (,) key.
If you do use the search screen, you can type in the quantities directly onto the search
screen. Scroll down to the required product and type in the number.
A small sub-screen will be shown displaying the unit cost price of the product and the quantity you just typed in. Complete that and press Enter.
The Total Cost box will be filled in automatically and you have the option of changing it. If your transfer note has prices on it, and the price is different to that displayed on the screen, type in the new total price and then press Enter.
You will be prompted as to whether you want the main database cost price to be updated - it is unlikely as this is a transfer note.
If you haven't used the search screen, you can enter the transferred quantity into the Items and Units boxes.
If you want to enter a number of tots, e.g. four shots of whisky, you can type in either #4 or /4.
You have the option of changing the cost price here. This might be because there has been a recent price rise but the stock you are actually transferring was purchased at the old price.
Click in either the Per Item Cost box or the Total Cost box to change the displayed cost.
As shortcuts, you can type Control-C to move to the Cost box or Control-T to move to the Total box.
