If you are in Deliveries or Credits, you can just search through that set of products by typing in a 'Minus', or part of the code followed by a 'Minus' e.g. 'D-'. The list will contain all of that supplier's products whose descriptions start with a D. The products will be shown in description order.
You can type a dot or part of the code followed by a dot, e.g. 'A2.', and you will be presented with a list of products whose codes start with the characters A2.
Alternatively, you can type in a slash or part of the description followed by a slash, e.g. 'G/', and you will be presented with a list of products whose descriptions start with a G, in description order.
Or, you can type in part of the bin number followed by a comma, e.g. '4,', and you will be presented with a list of products with bin numbers that start with a 4, in bin number order.
Initially, the list of products will only contain live products (products which have the Live box ticked). The button at the bottom of the window allows you to toggle between displaying live products and all products.
Also, the list of products will be sorted depending on how you triggered the search (description, code or bin number). The button at the bottom will allow you to cycle the sort order.
You can use the vertical scroll bar, the up/down arrow keys, the Page Up/Down keys or the mouse to view the complete list of products.
You can refine the list of products using the Filter box. Press the F3 function key or click in the box. Then type in part of a product's description. The list will filter on the fly, as you type in more of the description.
When you have found the product you require, you can press Enter to select it and you will be returned to the data entry screen where you can type in the quantity.
Or, simply type in the quantity and press Enter. You will remain on the search screen to select another product.
