You should do frequent backups to avoid the loss of data if your computer breaks down. In such a situation,
you will be able to restore the data from your last backup which will minimise the amount of
data you have to type in again.Click on the Down-Arrow to select the disk where you want to backup to, or restore from.
You can select a floppy, a hard drive or a memory stick, etc.
If you have selected a floppy disk, you will be prompted to confirm that this is what you want to do and that all files on the floppy will be overwritten.
