Order Products By allows you to select the order in which products are displayed on those reports which show product-by-product information.
Include Products allows you to select whether All products or just the Live products are shown on the count sheet.
Average Cost Prices allows you to select whether stock valuations are based on the average cost prices or just the standard database cost price for each product.
Average cost prices should be used where there is a wide variation in purchase price of products, maybe due to purchasing from different suppliers.
Blank Zeros allows you to specify whether zero values on reports are actually shown as zero or are left blank.
This can be useful to remove 'clutter' from reports and improve the clarity.
This only applies to some columns on reports, not all of them.
Colour allows you to specify whether negative values on reports are displayed in red.
This can be useful in highlighting problems.
