Outlet Details

• Use the scroll bar down the right hand side to view other outlets.

• The ID is the outlet number you specified when adding the outlet. It cannot be changed here.

• The Outlet Name is the name you gave when adding the outlet. To change it, click in the box and edit the text.

• Manager, Phone, Address and Post Code are boxes where you can simply type in the text you want.

• Information is available for any general information about the outlet. It could, for example, contain road directions which is particularly useful for companies of stocktakers who frequently swap stocks and need to kwno how to get to the pub.

• Bars is the number of bars currently defined for the outlet. It cannot be changed here.

• Audit is the number of the current audit. It cannot be changed here.

• VAT is the current rate of VAT applicable to this outlet.

• Currency Letter is the letter which will be displayed in reports. The default is £ but it can be changed to be Dollars or Euros. For a €, type Control-E.

• End of Year is the date of the financial year end for this outlet.

• Liquor Fee is the amount of money you charge the outlet for your liquor stocktaking service.

• Last Upd. is the date that you last changed the liquor fee for the outlet.

• Food Fee is the amount of money you charge the outlet for your food stocktaking service.

• Last Upd. is the date that you last changed the food fee for the outlet.

Click on the Close button to return to Administration.
