The main StockManager program provides the full capability to complete a stocktake.

Administration

If the Food button is greyed out it means that you are not doing a food stock this time. Similarly for a liquor audit.

If none of the buttons is available, you should go into Administration and then Setup Current Audit and change the liquor audit or a food audit settings (Setup Audit ).
With StockManager, you do not have to enter information in a specific order. However, it may be wise to do the count first, to avoid having to keep early deliveries separate from the counted stock.
