You should make sure the tablet is linked to the laptop via wifi, a USB cable or Bluetooth.Click on Send Products and the connection to the tablet will be checked and then the files for the current outlet will be sent, with a completion message. You can now disconnect the tablet and start the app ready for counting. Once the count is complete, connect the tablet again and click on Retrieve Count. The files will be transferred back from the tablet. Once complete, click on Quit and then don't forget to click on Read Stocks back in StockManager. If you are having difficulty connecting to the tablet via Bluetooth, make sure the StockMate Liquor app is running on the tablet and that you're on the Bluetooth screen. Then, on the laptop, in the Setup screen, make sure you have selected the correct Bluetooth device from the list. If you are having difficulty connecting to the tablet via wifi, make sure the FTP server app is running on the tablet and that it is 'started'. Check that the FTP address & port in the Link program are the same as that on the FTP server. If your tablet has had a factory reset or you have received an update to the app, you will need to update the app on the tablet. If you are connecting up via Bluetooth ... First download, install and run the StockMate_Config app from the Google Playstore. On the laptop, click on Send App. The tablet can become 'overloaded' with outlets (and backups of the files), so it is good practice to periodically remove them. Link up to the tablet and then click on Tidy Data. This removes ALL data from the tablet, so make sure you have retrieved all counts before doing it.
